This guy, Mike Stimpson, has done some really amazing work with a Lego set and his Nikon D200!
Remember the famous photograph of the flag planting at Iwo Jima?
Well, Mike has recreated this scene, using Legos, as follows:
And, like a good photographer, who always likes to teach others as he excels, he has also posted a quick explanation of how he set this up to take such a great image:
You’ll definitely want to visit his Flickr photostream and see the many other great photographs he has created, along with the very interesting setup shots (which include notes and annotations to describe what’s what in the shot).
